Cooking At Home: Tofu Salmon Salad.
1. One carton of soft tofu, cubbed.
2. Salmon, baked, grilled, or canned. Flake or crumble it. (Amount of one can)
3. Cilantro topping.

Dressing : 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil, 2 tsp sesame oil, 4 gloves chopped garlic, 2Tablespoon. soy sauce.
Place cubed tofu at bottom of servinv dish.
Top with flaked salmon.
Top with cilantro.
Top with flaked salmon.

Dressing: fried chopped garlic in oil and sesame oil until light brown. Turn off heat. Add soy sauce. Drizzle dressing on tofu/salad. Enjoy!
